Ingredients
- •50ml TopHat London Dry Gin
- •150-200ml Premium Tonic
- •Quality ice (large cubes)
- •2-3 cucumber slices
- •1 fresh rosemary sprig
- •1 lime wedge
Method
Fill a copa glass (balloon glass) with quality ice. Pour 50ml TopHat London Dry Gin. Top with 150-200ml premium tonic water. Express the oils from a lime wedge over the drink. Add cucumber slices and a fresh rosemary sprig. Gently stir to combine.
